Shipping address changes are not allowed on any order after the order is placed.
Orders will be placed at our webshop and must be paid 100% upfront, with Dash, Bitcoin or Litecoin. We recommend Litecoin or Dash for payment because the network is faster and more reliable in completing the order. Our shipping process requires lead time and detailed planning. You are not allowed to make a shipping address change after you place your order. Your order will be shipped from the manufacturing facility. Worldwide shipping transit time is normally one to two weeks. You must be available to receive your order, pay all customs fees, and work with the customs process in your country. We are not able to provide an exact shipping date. When the order is shipped we will send you an email. Please configure your email settings to allow email from the ecrypty.com domain. Our customs documents will provide a description of the unit and the sales price you paid. We are not able to modify this information. We are unable to provide custom shipping request.
A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. All sales are final. Defective machines will be repaired for free under the factory warranty policy. The following events will void the warranty: overclocking the miner; customer removal and replacement of any components without receiving permission from the factory; damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges; burnt parts on hash boards or chips; damage due to water immersion or corrosion in a wet environment. The customer will return defective equipment at their own expense, after opening a support ticket and troubleshooting with Ecrypty customer support. The factory will pay for the shipping cost to the customer when shipping a replacement unit within the warranty period. The factory or Ecrypty will not pay for any loss of down time or delay caused by defective equipment. In cases where the warranty is void or after the warranty period, equipment can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor by a price offer of the factory and only if the fix is possible.
